What Is a BISE Date Sheet?
A date sheet is the official exam schedule published by each BISE board. It lists every paper of the annual examination — subject name, paper number, date, day, and time (morning or evening session). Your preparation planning depends on it: the date sheet tells you which paper comes first, how many gaps you have between papers, and exactly when you must reach your exam centre.
Each of the nine Punjab boards (Lahore, Gujranwala, Multan, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sahiwal) publishes its own date sheet, and the papers of all boards usually start on the same day because the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) approves a common schedule.

Date Sheets 2027 — Expected Timeline
The boards have not yet published the 2027 date sheets. Based on the usual pattern, they are released one to two months before the exams begin. Typically:
- Matric (9th and 10th class): annual exams usually begin in March, so date sheets are normally released in January–February.
- Intermediate (11th and 12th class): annual exams usually begin in April, so date sheets are normally released in February–March.
These are expected timelines based on past years, not confirmed dates. The exact 2027 schedule will be announced through official board notifications — check your board’s website regularly from January 2027 onward.
How to Download Your Board’s Date Sheet
- Visit your board’s official website: Lahore (biselahore.com), Gujranwala (bisegrw.edu.pk), Multan (bisemultan.edu.pk), Faisalabad (bisefsd.edu.pk), Rawalpindi (biserawalpindi.edu.pk), Bahawalpur (bisebwp.edu.pk), Sargodha (bisesargodha.edu.pk), Dera Ghazi Khan (bisedgk.edu.pk), Sahiwal (bisesahiwal.edu.pk).
- Look for the “Date Sheet” or “Examinations” section on the homepage or in the notifications.
- Select your class (SSC Part-I/Part-II or HSSC Part-I/Part-II) and session (Annual 2027).
- Open the PDF and save it — printed copies are also usually shared through your school or college.
Regular students also receive the date sheet through their institutions. Private candidates should download it themselves and confirm the centre details on their roll number slip when it is issued.
Supplementary Exam Date Sheets
Students who fail one or more subjects in the annual exams can appear in the supplementary examinations. Each board publishes a separate supplementary date sheet a few weeks after the result, and the supplementary papers are typically held a few months after the annual result. Check your board’s website after your result if you need to apply.

They have not been announced yet. Based on the usual pattern, Matric date sheets are expected around January–February 2027 and Intermediate date sheets around February–March 2027.
Are all nine Punjab boards’ date sheets the same?
The papers of all nine boards usually start on the same day under a common PBCC-approved schedule, but each board publishes its own official date sheet — always download the one from your own board.
Where can I download the date sheet PDF?
From your board’s official website, under the Date Sheet or Examinations section.
What should I do if my date sheet has a clash?
Report it to your board immediately through your school or college — do not wait for exam day.
Does the date sheet show the exam centre?
No. The date sheet shows dates and times only. Your exam centre is printed on your roll number slip.
