This page covers Matric (9th & 10th) and Intermediate (11th & 12th) results for the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, Sargodha — serving Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali, and Bhakkar districts, for the current annual examination session. BISE Sargodha publishes results on its official portal, results.bisesargodha.edu.pk, checkable by roll number, name, institution code, SMS, or gazette. Select your class below to get started.
BISE Sargodha Result Checker
Pick your class and how you’d like to check — this opens BISE Sargodha’s official result portal directly. We don’t hold the board’s result data ourselves; this tool just saves you from hunting for the right page.
How to Check by Roll Number
The most reliable method, and the checker above defaults to it.
- Open the official BISE Sargodha result portal.
- Select the SSC or HSSC examination, your class, and the current year’s first annual examination.
- Enter your roll number exactly as it appears on your examination slip.
- Submit to view your subject-wise marks and result status.
- Save or print the displayed result for immediate reference.
How to Check by Name or Institution Code
Unlike most other Punjab boards, BISE Sargodha’s portal has also supported searching by candidate name and institution code, not just roll number. If you don’t have your roll number, this is worth trying — though a name search can take longer, since the gazette can contain thousands of records and several candidates may share a name.
How to Check by SMS
Useful if you don’t have internet access or the website is slow right after an announcement.
- Open your phone’s messaging app.
- Type only your complete roll number — no name, class, or other words.
- Send it to 800290.
- Wait for the automated reply; it may take longer during the first few hours after the announcement.
How to Check via Gazette
The gazette is a combined examination record covering all four districts, useful for schools reviewing the performance of several candidates at once.
- Download the gazette from bisesargodha.edu.pk once the board makes it available after the announcement.
- Open it with any PDF reader.
- On a computer, press Ctrl+F and search your roll number; on mobile, tap the search icon.
- Roll number search is more reliable than name search, given the volume of records.
Contact & Areas Covered
Students from all four districts — including Khushab — receive their results under the same combined announcement; there’s no separate district-level result or SMS code to look for.

BISE Sargodha Result by SMS (800290)
Type your roll number only and send it to 800290 from any mobile network (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone). The board replies with your total marks and result status. Standard network charges apply, and replies can be delayed during peak hours on result day. Make sure you send the SMS to the correct Sargodha code — sending it to another board’s code is the most common reason for getting no reply.
Date Sheets and Roll Number Slips
BISE Sargodha publishes the date sheet (exam schedule) a few weeks before the written papers begin, followed by roll number slips that show your exam centre and subject-wise dates. Regular students receive their slips through their schools or colleges; private candidates download them from the board’s website. Check your name, subjects, and centre as soon as you receive the slip and report any error to the board immediately — do not wait for exam day.
Position Holders, Rechecking, and Supplementary Exams
BISE Sargodha announces position holders one day before each result — separately for Science, Computer Science, Arts, and Commerce groups where applicable, for boys and girls. Toppers receive merit certificates, cash awards, and scholarships at a formal ceremony. Students who believe there was a marking error can apply for rechecking through the board’s website within the announced deadline (a per-subject fee applies). Students who fail one or more subjects can appear in the supplementary examinations, for which the board publishes a separate date sheet within weeks of the result.
