The gazette is a board-wise record of the SSC Part-I annual examination. Select the board under which the student appeared and use the corresponding PDF below. Gazette availability can differ by board, so a download button should only be activated after the correct PDF has been uploaded.
9th Class Gazette 2026 for Punjab Boards
The 9th class result gazette is different from the individual online result page. Instead of displaying one student’s result at a time, a gazette brings together a large set of student records in a downloadable document. This makes it useful for schools, teachers, parents and students who need to locate more than one result.
The 2026 Punjab 9th class result was announced on 2 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. The nine Punjab Boards publish their own result information and gazette, so you should always choose the PDF belonging to the board where the student appeared.
If you only need one student’s result, it may be quicker to use the online 9th Class Result 2026 page and check by roll number. The gazette is more useful when you need to search a larger list of candidates.
Punjab Boards Included
Select the correct board before downloading a gazette. The nine Punjab Boards cover different districts, and a student’s record belongs to the board under which the examination was registered.

Use the search function to enter the roll number or another available identifying detail and review the matching record carefully.

Gazette or Online Result – Which Should You Use?
Both methods serve different purposes. The online result portal is designed around an individual candidate search, while a gazette contains a much larger collection of records.
- Use the online result page when you want to quickly check one student’s result by roll number.
- Use the gazette when you need to search multiple candidates or want a downloadable document.
- Use the correct board because Punjab Boards publish separate result records.
- Cross-check important information against the official board record or result card when the information is being used for admission or another formal purpose.
What Information Does a 9th Class Gazette Contain?
A result gazette is designed to present examination results in a consolidated format. Depending on the board’s published format, the document may contain information such as:
- Roll numbers of candidates
- Student names
- Subject-wise marks or result details
- Total marks where provided
- Grade or result status where applicable
- Institution or school information in the published record
The exact layout and information displayed can vary between boards. The gazette should therefore be read according to the format used by the board that issued it.
What If a Gazette PDF Is Not Available Yet?
Gazette files are separate from the individual online result system. A result may already be available while a particular board’s downloadable gazette is still being prepared or uploaded.
- Check that you selected the correct board.
- Refresh the page later if the board’s gazette has not been uploaded yet.
- Use the individual 9th Class Result 2026 page if you need an immediate roll-number search.
- Do not download a different board’s gazette simply because its PDF is already available.
Important Notes About the 9th Class Gazette
- Choose the gazette according to the student’s examination board.
- A gazette is not the same as an individual marks certificate or original result card.
- Names can appear more than once, so use the roll number or additional details to identify the correct record whenever possible.
- Keep a downloaded copy if you need to refer to the document later.
- For admission, correction or other formal purposes, verify important information with the relevant board.
9th Class Result Gazette 2026 – FAQs
What is the 9th Class Result Gazette 2026?
The 9th Class Result Gazette is a board-wise document containing the published SSC Part-I examination result information. It allows users to search a larger set of student records instead of submitting one online result query at a time.
Are there separate gazettes for each Punjab Board?
Yes. The nine Punjab Boards publish their own result records, so students should download the gazette for the board under which they appeared in the examination.
How can I search my roll number in the gazette?
Download the correct board’s PDF, open it in a PDF reader and use the search function. On most computers, you can press Ctrl + F and enter the roll number.
Can I check the 9th Class Result by name through the gazette?
If the student’s name is included as searchable text in the PDF, you can use the PDF search function to look for it. Because multiple students may have similar names, compare other available details before confirming a record.
Which boards are included on this page?
This page covers BISE Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur and DG Khan — the nine Punjab Boards.
Is the gazette the same as my original result card?
No. The gazette is a consolidated result document. Your individual result card or marks certificate is a separate academic document issued through the relevant board or institution.
What should I do if I download the wrong board’s gazette?
Return to this page and select the board under which the student actually appeared. A Lahore Board student, for example, should use the Lahore Board gazette rather than a gazette belonging to another Punjab board.
Can I use the gazette when the result website is busy?
Yes. Once the relevant PDF is available, you can search the downloaded document without repeatedly submitting requests to the online result portal. This can be useful when result-day traffic makes online pages slow.
What if my roll number cannot be found in the PDF?
First make sure you downloaded the correct board’s gazette and entered the roll number correctly. You can also try the student’s name or another available search detail. If the record still cannot be located, check the individual board result portal.
Where can I check the individual 9th Class Result 2026?
You can return to our 9th Class Result 2026 page to access the board-wise result information and individual result-checking options.
Need the Individual 9th Class Result?
If you already have the student’s roll number, you may not need the complete gazette. Go to the main 9th Class Result page for board-wise result checking options.
