This page explains how to find and use the official result gazette for Punjab’s nine education boards — a PDF record listing every candidate’s result by school, published a few days after each class’s online result goes live. Pick your class below for gazette access and search tips specific to that exam.
What Is a Result Gazette?
The gazette is the board’s official bulk record of results — every candidate, organized by institution, with full marks and status. Unlike the individual roll-number search, it’s designed for schools verifying many students at once, or for anyone whose individual lookup isn’t working on result day.
Gazette by Class
- 9th Class Gazette (SSC Part-I)
- 10th Class Gazette (SSC Part-II)
- 1st Year Gazette (HSSC Part-I)
- 2nd Year Gazette (HSSC Part-II)
Each board publishes its own gazette on its own website — see the Punjab Boards directory to find your board’s official site.
